This report is based on my own training and weight-tracking records, which I began documenting at the age of 14. This period coincided with preparations for national high school entrance exams, a time of intense academic pressure and stress. Without external guidance or professional support, I collected all data and trained independently. The records were logged using the Fitify mobile application, which means the dataset should not be considered highly professional, but rather a personal attempt to bring structure and consistency into my training. These records represent my very first step in transforming personal effort into measurable progress.

Progression
Initial stage (40–45 kg): My baseline strength and body weight were low, while my stress levels were at their highest. This stage required adaptation and consistency.
Transition (45–48 kg): Noticeable physiological adaptation began. I started to see improvements in both nutrition and routine.
Stabilization (48–51 kg): Weight gain slowed but became more sustainable. My muscle mass and body composition improved steadily during this phase.
